The Colégio Sagrado Coração de Maria - Lisboa 2014 and 2015 CanSat teams (TugaSat and Xplorer, respectively) were accepted to make a presentation in the upcoming International "Student Technology Conference".
The idea is to present the 2014 team, its achievements, and the technical challenges they had to face to achieve a 3rd place in the Portuguese 2014 CanSat competition, and then presenting the 2015 team, and how they will work the lessons learnt from the 2014 participation, to reach now the 1st position, which is the only that gives access to the 2015 European CanSat competition one month later. More details can be found here: http://studenttechnologyconference.com/forum/topics/participation-of-the-cscm-lx-in-the-2014-and-2015-portuguese.
Since this is a free online event we invite everybody to see our participation, that will be held next Saturday, 31st January 2015, at 23H00 (Lisbon time = GMT + 0). To do this you should firstly make sure that your computer is ready to the Blackboard Collaborate (formerly Elluminate), which is the online platform used by the conference, by following the steps referred in the link that follows: http://studenttechnologyconference.com/page/attending-schedule and then looking for our particular session that may be found here: http://studenttechnologyconference.com/page/gmt-0 in the Satuarday 11:00pm session titled "Participation of the CSCM-LX in the 2014 and 2015 Portuguese CanSat competition".
We hope to "see" (sense) you there!
